## Experiment Log Subject continues polyphasic sleep pattern (Everyman 3 variant): - Core sleep: 3.5 hours (22:00-01:30) - Nap 1: 20 minutes (06:00) - Nap 2: 20 minutes (12:00) - Nap 3: 20 minutes (18:00) ### Observations REM latency has decreased significantly. Subject reporting vivid dreams during all sleep sessions, including 20-minute naps. This suggests successful REM compression. Cognitive testing shows marked improvement in: - Pattern recognition (+15%) - Working memory capacity (+8%) - Reaction time (-22ms average) ### Side Effects - Mild social friction due to unconventional schedule - Initial adaptation period included microsleeps (now resolved) - Increased light sensitivity during wake periods ### Protocol Adjustments Added 550nm blue light exposure for 10 minutes post-core sleep to enhance alertness.
